Food for thought about all things health and well-being
(for gluten-free, paleo, and/or AIP living… and beyond).
Don’t you miss Valentine’s Day from when we were a kid? I loved the tradition of exchanging Valentine’s cards with all of the kids at school. This year, I said it with cookies…
One of my favourite recipes... To keep you busy until you're able to visit me in the Teaching Kitchen, try this gluten-free / dairy-free, Paleo, and/or AIP recipe that is part of my weekly repertoire.GF, DF, Paleo, AIP This is one of my comfort foods. A meal that is...

Whenever I need a quick appetizer, but something a bit sophisticated nonetheless… (and nutrient-dense, of course)… I turn to a tartare.

No long list of ingredients either.
Heck, there isn’t even any cooking involved!
Always keep a bit of fish in the freezer.
That way, you can just move it to the fridge in the morning…
and then assemble all of the ingredients
around 30-minutes before eating.
What could be easier ?!
Here’s a reliable (and delicious) muffin that works well for gluten-free, gluten-free / dairy-free, Paleo, or AIP. Because sometimes, all you need is a muffin and a cup of tea.
