Today more than ever, the state of your health matters !

Come and spend a weekend putting well-being at the top of your list of priorities.

Emily Robinson
Founder of Forest of One

Originally from Vancouver (Canada), Emily now makes her life in Montepellier, where she offers a wide variety of in-person and on-line yoga sessions.  Emily is particularly astute in helping people adapt yoga poses to their body, so that the experience is truly restorative.

What exactly does a New Moon Yoga Retreat entail?

3 nights

…in a comfortable B&B or gîte bedroom, private or shared
(according to your preference).

Unlimited access to nature

Our garden offers numerous hammocks and spots to lounge, a small pool, donkeys and chickens.  Very nearby, you also have access to the forest and the river (for wading, swimming, and deep-breathing).

All of your meals

…100% gluten-free (and compliant with any other food sensitivities
that you may have).

Fellowship in English
(or in French)

As Emily and Jan are originally from Canada, this is a rare opportunity
to re-connect to an English-speaking community.  (Or, if you’re unable
to speak English, then we’ll adapt to you!)

Daily yoga sessions

Gently guided by Emily, you will have multiple opportunities each day to participate in restorative yoga.

Other movement activities

…such as a forest walk with the donkeys
or an electric bike-ride to a neighbouring Medieval town.

May 26-29, 2022

Accommodation

Come and reconnect… to your own body’s needs, to others, and to the natural world.  Our house is ideally situated in the South of France, at the very end of a small town called Cros.  (Nearest cities with train stations / airports are Montpellier and Nîmes.).

On our property, a small creek traverses our more than 7-acres of forest, with fruit and chestnut trees, and a more than 100-yr-old Lebanese Cedar.  Nearby, we collaborate with La Mazade, where there is an in-ground swimming pool and a lovely, shaded terrace.

Meals

Your “cheffe de table” is Jan Steele.  Owner of the B&B, Jan has lived in the region for several years already, and takes great pride in sourcing local regional products to ensure maximum nutrient-density and flavour.

A graduate of the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts as well as the Nutritional Therapy Association, Jan is an AIP Certified Coach and lifelong Celiac.  She is well-versed in food sensitivities, so get in touch if there’s a dietary restriction (beyond gluten) that you’d like to discuss.
