Terms and Conditions
for holidays at La Goose

Please be sure of your dates and travel plans before you confirm your spot in the retreat.  It is the responsibility of our guests at the time of booking to consider these policies. Once we have committed to hold a spot for you, we will turn subsequent inquiries away so any cancellations will affect us. We appreciate your understanding of our policies as explained below.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT:

Your reservation is secured upon receipt of AT LEAST ONE PAYMENT (in the case of installments). 
PAYMENT IN FULL must be received in accordance with advertised deadlines, (ie well in advance of the first day of your holiday).  The EARLY BIRD SPECIAL applies only to those participants who are able to make at least one payment prior to the early bird deadline.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS:

Should you be required to cancel your stay more than thirty (30) days in advance of the holiday start-date,
an administration fee of 100€ will be retained, but any payment will otherwise be returned to you in full.

Should you be required to cancel your stay thirty (30) days or less in advance of the retreat start date,
we reserve the right to retain a deposit of 25% of the cost of your reservation,
if we are not able to fill the spot.

Early Departures:

While we sympathize with unforeseen circumstances, it is not possible to re-sell a partial spot in a holiday.  Accordingly, refunds for premature departures from a planned holiday are unfortunately not possible.

No-Shows:

If you have a confirmed reservation and you do not arrive, we will consider your reservation to be a No-Show.  Accordingly, we reserve the right to retain the deposit for the ENTIRE cost of the retreat.

• Important: We highly recommend that you contact your travel agent or credit card company regarding trip cancellation insurance to cover refund of accommodations costs in case of unforeseen changes to your plans (such as, delays, strikes, closure of air space, death in family, etc.)

  House Policies

La Goose is Smoke-Free.  If one is found smoking in the house, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Bedrooms at La Goose are not wheelchair accessible.

Rates, Check-in and Check-out

Rates are subject to change.

 We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying any damage, including deliberate, negligent or reckless acts during their stay to La Goose’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to send an invoice for the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage, to the registered address. We will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
