Hello! My name is Jan Steele, aka « La Goose ». Based in
the beautiful Cévenne mountains, near Montpellier (France), I am a Nutritional Therapy Consultant, cooking instructor, and allergen-friendly vacation host.
In short, I help people learn to harness the power of
real food, to feel better.
I coach people to adopt or better adhere to a specific diet (namely, gluten-free, Paleo, or AIP); I invite people into my (100% gluten-free) kitchen to reclaim healthful culinary traditions; I host people for holidays at our home “down by the riverside”, allowing them to discover this beautiful region while, at the same time, ensuring that their food restrictions and sensitivities are respected to a T.
